Examining the Romance Reader - Directed Study
Examining the Romance Reader was a unique project that allowed me to design the final project from start to finish. This directed study required me to get an advisor and departmental approval, create the syllabus, and complete an application with Emerson’s Institutional Review Board (IRB) to conduct a study with human subjects. Published May 2023.
The God Couple - Student Film Project
The God Couple, Cayleigh Pine's BA Thesis Project, is pitched as follows: God sends the archangel Gabriel to save humanity from Lucifer, who is spreading sin in the form of a teenage girl at an all-girls Catholic school.
I loved being the Graphic Designer on The God Couple's Marketing Team. I had a great time coming up with palettes and social media templates to capture the "Mean Girls but Regina George is the devil" aesthetic.
The God Couple got nominated for an EVVY Award for Outstanding Integrated Marketing Campaign at the 43rd annual EVVY Awards, the largest student-produced, multi-camera, live-broadcast award show in the country.
